Production Process of PVC 3D Wall Panels
During the punching and cutting process, precision cutting is performed on the molded semi-finished products to ensure that the final dimensions meet design specifications. After cutting, each wall panel undergoes strict inspection to guarantee that key dimensional deviations, such as length and width, are controlled within ±0.5mm, with diagonal deviation not exceeding 1mm, fully complying with the accuracy requirements specified in the order drawings.
Moreover, we place high importance on cut quality, ensuring that the cut edges are smooth, free of burrs, chipping, cracks, and without noticeable press marks. This ensures smooth panel alignment and does not affect subsequent installation.
Throughout the cutting process, we implement strict surface protection measures to prevent any scratching or damage to the surface texture and coating of the wall panels. The finished panels are kept clean, free of scratches, and stains, maintaining their pristine condition prior to delivery.
